This is a great time to take the temperature of both the back end of your human resources and benefits processes and to check in with employees directly. Make sure to properly communicate and promote your employee feedback survey for best results. You’ll also want to make sure that your files are up-to-date with accurate information. You don’t want to start off 2017 by having to track down employee information. Now is the time to make sure that you are buttoned up and ready to go in the new year.
