AUSTIN BENEFITS GROUP ACQUIRES BENEFIT DIVISION OF HANTZ GROUP
TRANSACTION BRINGS NEW STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Bloomfield Hills, Mich. (December 31, 2014)–Austin Benefits Group, one of Michigan’s largest employee benefit agencies, announced today it has acquired the existing employee benefits book of business from the Hantz Group and formed a new strategic partnership with the Southfield, Michigan-based company.
Hantz Benefit Services, a subsidiary of the Hantz Group, offered benefit consulting services to organizations throughout the country. The benefit division combined with Austin Benefits Group and the employees joined Austin at their headquarters in Bloomfield Hills.
