Do you find yourself struggling to finish your workout?

Here are some tips to build your endurance and help push yourself a little further:

  • Add some strength: By adding resistance training to your workout you are strengthening your bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles. This will help by making your entire body healthier which will in turn help you become strong enough to make that last stretch easier.
  • Get some rest: Give your muscles a break. To get the best results you need fresh muscles.  By getting the right amount of sleep, eating the right diet and taking some time off you will increase your results. But don’t take too much time off!
  • Crank up the music: By just raising the volume on your ipod you may be surprised on the effects. This adds to the atmosphere and may provide that push to keep going.
