In preparation for Health Care Reform and an ever changing insurance marketplace, HAP is streamlining their process and installing new technology and software solutions. This system update is intended to bring a higher level of personalized service and support to members.
With a target completion date of the end of summer 2013, the system upgrade will apply to claims processing, group membership enrollment, administration and premium billing, and electronic data interchange.
In a letter on March 12, 2013 to HAP customers, Mark Hall, Vice President Commercial Group, writes “You can expect more information from HAP in the near future on how this upgrade will positively impact your overall HAP experience. Stay tuned!”
