Since founding the company in 2000, I have played a pivotal role in transforming Austin Benefits Group into one of Michigan’s premier privately owned employee benefits agencies.

My leadership encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, business development, and guiding the delivery of client-centric solutions. I oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, from funding and design to implementation and plan administration, helping clients optimize their benefits packages and enhance employee returns.

With over three decades of experience in the industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. My passion for innovation and commitment to excellence continue to drive Austin Benefits Group forward, enabling the company to provide its clients with The Austin Advantage—a combination of personalized service, innovative strategies, and comprehensive solutions.

As Chief Operating Officer at Austin Benefits Group, I direct the seamless execution of our operational strategies to create best-in-class employee benefits solutions.

I oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and work closely with the Executive Team to make sure we achieve the company’s high standard of service delivery while enhancing operational workflows.

With a focus on efficiency and excellence, I am dedicated to implementing process optimization so that we can deliver The Austin Advantage while helping our clients confidently navigate the complexities of HR and benefits administration.

As Director of Benefits Administration & Human Resources, I oversee the day-to-day administration of client benefit plans while ensuring our internal HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. I bring a detail-oriented approach to compliance, enrollment, and plan management, helping both our clients and our team navigate the complexities of employee benefits with confidence.

My role bridges strategic HR practices with hands-on benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience for clients and employees alike. I work closely with our teams to streamline processes and uphold the highest standards of service and compliance.

As Vice President of Analytics, I spearhead data-driven strategies to optimize our offerings, enhance client satisfaction, and foster business growth.
