Brand name products

First – BXN Mouthwash compounding kit

First – Duke’s
First – Hydrocortisone
First – Lansoprazole
First – Mary’s

The decision to end coverage for these products is in accordance with BCBSM pharmacy benefit agreements that only provide coverage for drugs approved by the FDA. As a BCBSM/BCN member, you should receive the following letter from BCBSM, outlining the changes and listing the effected drugs: Member (PDF).

Members are advised to discuss formulary alternatives with their physician. As always, please contact your AFG Account Manager with questions.
