According to “Employee Benefits News,” people are asking for better benefits, and without them, they’re searching for a new job! Nearly half of the surveyed workers in the study below said they are somewhat likely to look for a new job in the next 12 months, and to get them to stay, workers want their employer to “improve my benefits package.” This is an interesting statistic in light of Health Care Reform, in which many employers are considering whether to drop coverage for their employees all together and send them to the Exchanges.
