This FREE application will help enhance your workout by allowing you to:

 

  • Log your food and activities on the go. You can progressively add what food you have ate and what workouts you do, as the day goes.
  • Reach target weight with a food goal. Doesn’t matter if you are trying to maintain, build or decrease your weight you can set the goals based on you and track your meals throughout the day to keep you on the right track.
  • Track your stats daily and overtime. The app allows you to keep tabs on your goal day to day and up to 2 weeks, so you can see how many calories you’ve burned.
