HAP customers will find that effective May 1, 2013, Cialis and Levitra will become non-formulary due to a generic formulary option with the lowest out-of-pocket cost. This generic formualry option is sildenafil 20mg tablets. After May 1, 2013 Cialis and Levitra will no longer be covered by HAP.
